Basic Lesson Information

 

Classes will be one hour long. Everyone is welcomed to come 15 minutes early and stay after class to stretch. Each class will begin with a 10-15 minute cardio based warm up consisting of foot work drills, jumping jacks, line drills, squat thrusts, etc. The remaining 45-50 minutes will be class instruction. We will start with punching, kicking, and blocking drills, followed by more in depth lessons on various subjects. The end of class will involve Grappling and Sparring in order to work out recently learned techniques in a real time environment.

Classes are located in a residential area of Penn Hills, only minutes from Pittsburgh.

Meetings by appointment only.
